WGDC : WOMEN & GENDER DEVELOPMENT CELL
Under the aegis of Women and Gender Development Cell of Pacific University, an extension lecture titled Womanhood:let's make it more Healthy and Blissful was conducted on 18 December 2021 at Pacific College of Teacher's Education in order to educate the participants about how to maintain healthy eating habits and integrate this into their lifestyle.
Professor K.K.Dave, President, of Pacific University, inaugurated the session with his welcome remarks. Dr. Gini Gupta, the Gynaecologist, made the participants aware about-
- The Nutrition basic
- How to move towards healthier eating.
- How to boost metabolism
Professor Mahima Birla, Director, Women & Gender Development Cell (WGDC) also shared tips to remain healthy.
A total of 85 female students and Faculty staff of Pacific University participated in the program.
